I'm an online shopper for the first time, is it safe out there?

Absolutely - nothing to be worried about! We have bunches of super nerdy encryption thingmos in place so that your payment is secure and your details remain 'secret squirrel'. For the techno geeks out there – we us the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

How long till I get my stuff?!?

It's coming, it's coming, it's coming! We ship orders on Mondays - Fridays, during office hours only, and we don't operate on public holidays. We always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, but there might be some delays. Your patience is appreciated.

We use USPS Priority Mail to ship most orders. We might choose to ship your order with UPS. Expect your order in about 3-4 business days once shipped.

Confirmation:

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email confirmation. Make sure you check your friend/foe filters on your email so any emails from 100scarves.com doesn't end up in the land of spam.

 

I'm freaking out – where's my order?

If you haven't received a confirmation email and you really think your order might have disappeared in to a Black Hole, head over to Check Order Status for the most up to date information. If you're just freaking out cos you're impatient though, have a rancho relaxo. Funny, right?

 

Returns and exchanges – what's the dealio?

...But here's the skinny: All items must be returned back to us within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn, unwashed with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using trackable shipping method like USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation as we cannot be held liable for any items lost in shipping.

We offer refunds for returned items. If you want to exchange your items, you will be given a store credit, which you will be able to use towards your next order :)

Please Note: All postage costs for returns must be covered by the customer. If you have received a faulty/defective item, please contact us using the contact us form listed above.

 

Is there a real, live, three-dimensional 100Scarves store I can submerge myself in?

Nope. Sorry, we're all '21st Century' and only spruik our wares online.

 

Sold out? SOLD OUT? Bbbbut... wha?

Sorry, sometimes it happens. You love something a lot, but a lot of other people loved it a lot, and then it was gone. We're sorry it makes you a sad panda. If it says 'Sold Out – ', it means we won't have it back in the immediate future.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Made a boo boo? Quick, you can change it but you've only got like 2 hours or before it ships... then, chances are it's already underway. To change or cancel, call us toll free at the number listed above or use the contact us form above and we'll help you out.

 

I'm getting an error when trying to place an order... what do I do?!?

First and foremost... remember to breathe. Cos if you don't, you'll faint and then it'll take even longer to get your 100Scarves.com order, and that's no good.

Secondly, check you've filled all the details out properly including your name, address and payment info.

Still no worky? It might be the computer system. Be patient and remember, computers are people too. Use the Contact Us form above and we'll see if we can track down the problem.

I just placed an order… but I want to add something else to it. Can I?

Erm... this is awkward. No. You have to place another order. Sorry.

 

Gift Certificates: I want to give the gift of great goodness, without awkward assumptions about taste and size. Do you do gift Certificates?

Errr. No. Not at the moment. But we will bring Gift Certificates option in the future.
